The main cause of mortality in patients - metastases. The current state of medicine allows curing the primary tumor, but often is not effective enough to control the development of metastatic disease. Of great importance in the implementation of metastatic cascade plays circulation and survival of tumor cells in the peripheral blood. In this article we have tried to summarize and present the data in the literature on the study of circulating tumor cells in patients with breast cancer.</p>
В этой статье мы постарались обобщить и представить данные литературы по изучению циркулирующих опухолевых клеток у больных раком молочной железы.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>breast cancer</kwd><kwd>circulating tumor cells</kwd><kwd>epithelial-mesenchymal transition</kwd><kwd>metastasis</kwd><kwd>predictive significance</kwd><kwd>prognosis</kwd><kwd>methods of identification and research</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>рак молочной железы</kwd><kwd>циркулирующие опухолевые клетки</kwd><kwd>эпителиально-мезенхимальный переход</kwd><kwd>метастазирование</kwd><kwd>предикторная значимость</kwd><kwd>прогноз заболевания</kwd><kwd>методы идентификации и исследования</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Давыдов М.И., Аксeль Е.М.
