For a long time the attempts to create the combinations of gemcitabine and new drugs did not lead to clinically significant increase of these patients life expectancy. Introduction of new chemotherapy regimens into clinical practice such as combination of nab-paclitaxel and FOLFIRINOX was resulted in a clinically significant increase of life expectancy. Characteristics and toxicity range of new chemotherapy regimens allow form selected mode algorithm of chemotherapy regimen for every patient based on his status, comorbidity and complications of tumor process.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>До 2011 г. Особенности проведения и спектр токсичности новых режимов химиотерапии позволяют сформировать алгоритм выбора режима химиотерапии для каждого пациента на основании его состояния, сопутствующей патологии и осложнений опухолевого процесса.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>FOLFIRINOX</kwd><kwd>pancreatic cancer</kwd><kwd>chemotherapy</kwd><kwd>abraksan</kwd><kwd>NAB-paclitaxel</kwd><kwd>FOLFIRINOX</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>рак поджелудочной железы</kwd><kwd>химиотерапия</kwd><kwd>абраксан</kwd><kwd>NAB-паклитаксел</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Состояние онкологической помощи населению России в 2014 году.
