We report a 69-year-old female patient with primary non-invasive isolated extra-mammary Pagetʼs disease of the vulva. EBRT resultedin full resorption of the lesion without auxiliary techniques, making EBRT to be considered as an alternative to surgery in some cases.

В статье представлен клинический случай первичной неинвазивной изолированной экстрамаммарной болезни Педжета вуль-вы у больной 69 лет. При дистанционной лучевой терапии достигнута полная резорбция очага без дополнительных вмешательств, что позволяет рассматривать лучевое лечение как альтернативу операции.
