The data from the phase III CLEOPATRA study.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Перьета™ (пертузумаб) в комбинации с Герцептином® (трастузумаб) и доцетакселом увеличивает продолжительность жизни пациенток с HER2-положительным метастатическим раком молочной железы (мРМЖ) на 15,7 мес по сравнению со стандартным режимом Герцептин/доцетаксел.Окончательные результаты исследования III фазы CLEOPATRA показали достоверное увеличение медианы общей выживаемости (ОВ) до 56,5 мес в подгруппе пациенток, получавших в качестве терапии 1-й линии препарат Перьета в комбинации с Герцептином и доцетакселом. В группе сравнения (пациентки получали комбинацию Герцептина и доцетаксела) медиана ОВ составила 40,8 мес.Медиана ОВ в подгруппе Перьеты составила почти 5 лет и является на сегодняшний день максимальной для пациенток с HER2-положительным мРМЖ</p></trans-abstract></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Swain S et al.
