Ipilimumab is the first drug, which represent the class registered on this indication in Europe and the United States. Fundamentally different mode of action from the cytostatic drugs mode of action is required to find another approach to assessing an objective response to treatment and special attention to the different, sometimes unexpected side effects of chemotherapy.</p>
Принципиально отличающийся от цитостатических препаратов механизм действия обусловливает необходимость других подходов к оценке объективного ответа на лечение и особого внимания к разнообразным, иногда неожиданным для химиотерапевтов побочным реакциям.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>immuno-oncology</kwd><kwd>anti-CTLA4</kwd><kwd>anti-PD1</kwd><kwd>antitumor immunity</kwd><kwd>Ipilimumab</kwd><kwd>cutaneous melanoma</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>иммуноонкология</kwd><kwd>анти-CTLA4</kwd><kwd>анти-PD1</kwd><kwd>противоопухолевый иммунитет</kwd><kwd>ипилимумаб</kwd><kwd>меланома кожи</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Coley W.B.
