Применение ингибиторов тирозинкиназы у больных с наличием мутации EGFR в 1-й линии терапии больных немелкоклеточным раком легкого позволяет добиться достоверного увеличения медианы до прогрессирования заболевания при меньшей токсичности проводимого лечения у грамотно отобранной когорты больных.</p></abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>немелкоклеточный рак легкого</kwd><kwd>мутации EGFR</kwd><kwd>ингибиторы тирозинкиназы</kwd><kwd>гефитиниб</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Давыдов М.И., Аксель Е.М.
