Patients who achievedthe complete morphological regress (marked as урT0урN0 or ут0/isурN0) had improved the survival rate. Predictive value of complete morphological regression for each patient was highest in case of aggressive subtypes of breast cancer. This meta-analysis failed to establish the differences of indicators of the complete morphological response, predicting the efficiency of one chemotherapy regimen over another in terms of event-free survival and overall survival.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Представлены результаты метаанализа 12 клинических испытаний неоадъювантной терапии рака молочной железы (РМЖ).Пациенты, у которых достигнут полный морфологический регресс, определенный как урT0урN0 или ут0/isурN0, характеризуются улучшением выживаемости. Прогностическая ценность полного морфологического регресса для каждого пациента оказалась наибольшей при наиболее агрессивных подтипах РМЖ.
