Преобладающим медиатором ангиогенеза опухоли является фактор роста эндотелия сосудов. Другие факторы роста, участвующие в ангиогенезе колоректального рака, включают фактор роста фибробластов, трансформирующий фактор роста-a, эпидермальный фактор роста и тромбоцитарный фактор роста.
