Примерно у 1/3 больных оно протекает доброкачественно и редко требует лечения. Продолжительность жизни пациентов этой группы не отличается от общепопуляционной. У 1/3 больных наблюдается агрессивное течение заболевания, причем большинство этих пациентов погибают в течение 5 лет после установления диагноза. У оставшейся части больных заболевание протекает относительно спокойно, однако и их продолжительность жизни не превышает 7–12 лет от момента диагностики.В последние годы мы наблюдаем существенные успехи в терапии В-ХЛЛ, выражающиеся прежде всего в увеличении количества больных, достигших полной ремиссии.</p></abstract></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Catovsky D, Richards S, Matutes E et al.
