Действительно, инактивация факторов ангиогенеза представляется перспективной стратегией противоопухолевой терапии. К настоящему времени ряд специфических ингибиторов ангиогенеза находится на разных стадиях клинических и предклинических испытаний, а один из препаратов этой группы Авастин (Avastin, "Bevacizumab") уже лицензирован для лечения колоректального рака. К антиангиогенным средствам также часто относят ингибиторы металлопротеиназ, которые угнетают не только инвазию и метастазирование опухолевых клеток, но и препятствуют миграции эндотелиоцитов (например, AE-941, BMS-275291, BAY 12-9566, BB-2516) [11, 12, 27, 28]. Многие из антагонистов ангиогенеза изначально разрабатывались для других целей и оказались в поле зрения онкологов уже после появления на фармацевтическом рынке.В последнее время стала популярной идея так называемой метрономной терапии, суть которой сводится к устранению больших интервалов при приеме цитостатических средств. В частности, при использовании МПД химиотерапии в периоды перерывов между циклами могут назначаться низкие дозы цитотоксических агентов, которые не влияют на динамику восстановления системы кроветворения, но достаточны для предотвращения пролиферации клеток эндотелия [18].Более современный подход предусматривает применение специфических ингибиторов ангиогенеза в указанные интервалы, в том числе и препарата Сутент®. [26].Обобщая доступные в настоящее время данные, можно сказать, что препарат Сутент® (SU11248) имеет отличные шансы на повсеместное внедрение в клиническую практику. Тем не менее многие аспекты его применения, в частности спектр чувствительных к лечению новообразований, схемы применения, возможность сочетания с другими методами лечения и т.д., нуждаются в уточнении и зависят от результатов продолжающихся клинических испытаний III фазы.</p></abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>противоопухолевые препараты</kwd><kwd>ингибиторы ангиогенеза</kwd><kwd>таргетная терапия</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Имянитов Е.Н.
