Неходжкинские лимфомы (НХЛ) - гетерогенная группа лимфопролиферативных заболеваний, различающихся по морфологическому строению, клинической картине, характеру и результатам лечения. В большинстве случаев НХЛ дебютируют поражением лимфатических узлов (нодальные лимфомы), однако в последние годы значительно увеличилось число больных экстранодальными лимфомами, среди которых важное место занимают НХЛ мочеполовой системы. Для дифференциальной диагностики с другими новообразованиями и стадирования НХЛ мочеполовой системы необходимо проведение обследования, включающего биопсию опухоли с гистологическим и иммуногистохимическим исследованием. Кроме того, требуются цитогенетические и молекулярно-генетические исследования, УЗИ внутренних органов, КТ груди и всех этажей брюшной полости, стернальная пункция и трепанобиопсия костного мозга. Это позволяет определить вариант и распространенность НХЛ и выбрать соответствующую тактику терапии, а в ряде случаев, учитывая высокую чувствительность НХЛ к химиолучевой терапии, избежать обширных хирургических вмешательств.
