Она разрешима только путем индивидуализации терапии, т.е. с учетом факторов, предсказывающих эффект от лечения и прогноз течения заболевания. До сих пор выбор адъювантного лечения основывался на учете степени местно-регионарного распространения опухоли (система TNM), уровня экспрессии рецепторов к стероидным гормонам и репродуктивном статусе (или, чаще, возрасте) больных. Как показывают результаты клинических исследований, этой информации недостаточно для планирования адекватного лечения.
