В аналитических эпидемиологических и клинических исследованиях найдено, что высокое содержание фолиевой кислоты в пищевом рационе и/или в крови ассоциируется со снижением риска образования аденоматозных полипов и заболевания раком толстой кишки на 20-40% Полученные данные свидетельствуют, что разработка рациональных доз и схем использования фолиевой кислоты для профилактики аденоматозных полипов и рака толстой кишки будет строиться с учетом индивидуальных особенностей пациентов и потребует как детального изучения полиморфизма ферментов, участвующих в биосинтезе коферментных форм фолиевой кислоты, так и метаболических факторов, воздействующих на функциональную активность производных ТГФК и их антиканцерогенное действие на различных стадиях процесса канцерогенеза в слизистой оболочке толстой кишки.</p></abstract></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Kim Y.I.
