В отделении химиотерапии НИИ КО РОНЦ им. Н.Н.Блохина РАМН проводится разработка новых режимов химиолучевой терапии местно-распространенных (III A-B) стадий НМРЛ. В исследовании используются цисплатинсодержащие режимы химиотерапии с включением еженедельного режима введения новых противоопухолевых препаратов - доцетаксела, паклитаксела и гемцитабина. Одновременно проводится лучевая терапия в режиме динамического гиперфракционирования по собственной оригинальной методике.Учитывая активную разработку новых целевых (таргетных) агентов, направленных на определенные мишени опухолевого роста (иресса, тарсева, авастин, неовастат), и их внедрение в режимы 1-й линии комбинированной химиотерапии, в ближайшее время возможен пересмотр имеющихся на сегодняшний день данных.</p></abstract></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Маренич А.Ф., Горбунова В.А.
