Modern technologies make it possible to remotely and promptly detect such threats, thereby preventing potential accidents and disasters. This work presents a novel methodology for simulating the detection of a gas cloud resulting from a leak at an industrial infrastructure line under open atmospheric conditions. The approach includes the synthesis of observation scenarios in the radiation wavelength range of 300–2500 nm, taking into account the peculiarities of its detection utilizing hyperspectral imaging instrumentation (HSI). Using the example of sulfur dioxide leak detection via a neural network algorithm based on a Siamese neural network, it has been demonstrated that an SO2 cloud can be remotely identified using HSI operating in the 330–700 nm range with a spectral resolution of 1 nm.</p>
На примере задачи обнаружения утечки диоксида серы с помощью нейросетевого алгоритма на основе сиамской нейронной сети показано, что облако SO2 может быть дистанционно выявлено при использовании ГСА, работающей в диапазоне 330—700 нм со спектральным разрешением 1 нм.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>hyperspectral imaging</kwd><kwd>spectral resolution</kwd><kwd>remote gas leak detection</kwd><kwd>modeling</kwd><kwd>efficiency assessment methodology</kwd><kwd>molecular absorption cross-section</kwd><kwd>Gaussian plume model</kwd><kwd>Pasquill–Gifford model</kwd><kwd>data simulation</kwd><kwd>neural network algorithms</kwd><kwd>Siamese neural network</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>гиперспектральная аппаратура</kwd><kwd>спектральное разрешение</kwd><kwd>дистанционное обнаружение утечек газов</kwd><kwd>моделирование</kwd><kwd>методика оценки эффективности</kwd><kwd>сечение молекулярного поглощения</kwd><kwd>гауссова модель рассеивания</kwd><kwd>модель Паскуилла—Гиффорда</kwd><kwd>синтезирование данных</kwd><kwd>нейросетевые алгоритмы</kwd><kwd>сиамская нейронная сеть</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">Работа выполнена в рамках государственного задания Министерства науки и высшего образования Российской Федерации (тема № 125012200611–5).</funding-statement></funding-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Голубков Г.В., Григорьев Г.Ю., Набиев Ш.Ш. и др.// Хим. физика. 2018.
